Please read our Shipping and Delivery Policy before placing an order. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
What are my Shipping and Delivery options?
We offer free shipping on orders over $59.95. Orders from Alaska and Hawaii are the exception and will have a $10 surcharge added to any spending amount.
We have the right to change this at any time, and any large or heavy orders may be charged a small shipping fee determined at our discretion.
All orders under $59.95 will be charged a $8.95 shipping fee unless otherwise stated.
New-ParcelGuard will automatically be applied to every eligible order. Please read the coverage and terms of service to see if it applies to your purchase.
Do we ship internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Please check carrier and residence requirements. We reserve the right to deny delivery to apartment buildings. They will be approved based on carrier requirements. It is your responsibility to know if your facility will accept deliveries. We will not be responsible for returned orders. If your order is returned within 30 days, you will only receive a refund for the product cost. You will not be refunded for the shipping cost.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Typically you will receive your order within 2-8 business days.
We currently use USPS and UPS for deliveries. Ultimately, how long it takes for you to receive your order will depend on the carrier. We will choose the best option for your order when it is received.
Orders placed before 2 PM may be shipped the same day.
Please take note that we ship Monday-Friday. Therefore, orders placed after 2 PM on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
We will update you with a new delivery date if your order is delayed for unforeseen circumstances.
Holidays can also extend delivery times, so please keep this in mind when placing an order and plan accordingly. We will not be responsible if you do not receive your order in a timely manner.
