We offer a full money-back guarantee for purchases on our Website that meet the required criteria.  If you are unsatisfied with the product you purchased from us, we will assist you with your refund.

You will have the option to choose a manual refund or refund to your wallet. If you select a manual refund, the amount will be deposited back to your original form of payment. If you decide to add the refund amount to your wallet, the amount will be deposited to your wallet for your use on future orders. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. In addition, your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You may receive a full refund if your item:

  • Has a delivery date of 30 days or less
  • Was in a damaged condition at the time of delivery
  • Has one or more parts or accessories missing
  • It does not match what was ordered
  • You no longer need or want the item

If the product is damaged, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.


You can get a refund for items on sale, provided they are in good condition with tags intact.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account or contact your bank.

Allow 2-7 days for the refund to show on your bank account.

If you requested an exchange, the time it may take to receive the new item depends on your location.


An exchange follows the same rules as a refund. 

You will be eligible for an exchange if you’ve made a request within the 30-day delivery date window and meets the criteria above. 


After receiving the product, our professionals will inspect it and process your refund.  The money will be refunded to your original payment method during the purchase.  Note that it may take 2-7 business days for a refund to appear on your account or credit card statement.
